The Annual Tradition - Planning for the Big Fair

The More Creative Bee and I met at Panera Bread today for our annual planning time.  (Even meeting at Panera Bread has become our annual tradition!  And, as I digress again, don't you just love Panera?  It's one of my very favorite places to go to eat.  You have soup, which I adore, coffee drinks, which I adore, and free wi-fi!  Plus sandwiches, cookies, bagels, pastries..............yummmmm! Okay, back on topic now.)

And I cannot begin to tell you how much fun I had with the More Creative Bee just bouncing ideas off of each other.  I think that might be my favorite part of the whole thing.

So, the Big Fair theme this year is Passport to Fun.  Hmmmm.....what to do with that for a Christmas tree and a table setting?

Well, I'll give you some clues......but not too many just in case our competition is visiting.

Are you puzzled?  Can you figure out our plans?  Well, I'll be working on several things for the next few weeks so you might catch a few more clues, but I'm not telling any more than that.
I guess I DO like to keep things mysterious!

Fair set up is the end of September and I can reveal it all after Oct. 3!

Thanks for buzzing in for a visit.  So nice to see you!

P.S.  And just so you don't get too confused, we're actually working on TWO table settings and TWO Christmas trees.  One tree and one table for the Passport to Fun theme and one tree and one table for special occasions yet to be mentioned.  (cue the maniacal laugh - ba ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha - cough cough)
