Is it cold where you are?
Do you like to snuggle into a cozy quilt?
Does it feel warmer when it's a red quilt?
Does it help to drive away those winter blues?
Well c'mon over and grab a quilt.
Yes, they're there for you.....
And if it's warm out, just grab one to throw on the grass for an impromptu picnic.
(And I must confess only the log cabin is homemade. #1 from JCPenney's, #2 from Home Goods, #3 MIL made for Baby Bee when she really was a baby, #4 from JCPenney's.)

ReplyDeleteYour cozy quilt cubby is great! The colors are beautiful!
Ohh I love your quilts! It is actually in the 70s here this morning in Sunny Florida but I am still snuggled under my quilt writing this! Have a wonderful day.
ReplyDeleteThank you for the quilt show today. I dearly love all quilt, old or new. I have way too many.
ReplyDeleteYep, I sure do like to cuddle up under a pretty quilt! You've got a great collection, and I like how you have them displayed. I found/won so many of them last year, and then my sister made two for me for Christmas, that I want to somehow display them. I think it calls for a trip to the antique store, to find a great old set of shelves!
ReplyDeleteHappy REDnesday!
Carol
Oh you big lucky! I am so very envious of all your quilts! So charming. How wonderful it would be to picnic on one ... whisper whisper (don't want the rest of the country to hear this) we're having a slight heat wave down here in L.A., is it warm in your neck of the woods in Central CA?
ReplyDeleteHappy Rednesday,
Sally
You have some beautiful quilts! I have all kind of throws folded and close by for use, but keep my quilts tucked away...they are so large. I need to bring them out!
ReplyDeleteCindy

ReplyDeleteHow CHEERFUL and inviting! Nothing beats a quilt, and you have some beauties! And good grief, it is indeed cold here in Massachusetts... with yet another snowstorm due Friday! Have a wonderful week!... Donna
ReplyDeleteSuch pretty quilts! I'll be right over, coffee in hand! There is just something about relaxing on the couch under a quilt on a cold day. Even better if there is a snowfall outside. :)
ReplyDelete~Michelle
I love each and every one of those quilts. The quilt I use all the time is so raggedy and torn, but it was made so long ago and is extremely warm. It provides so much warmth that I just can't gie it up.
ReplyDeleteJody
