Brunch at Sweet Bee Cottage

I hope you got your invitation.

I've been so excited for your visit.

Would you like cream and sugar with your coffee?
I got out my special Jane Ray jadeite for us and one of my vintage tablecloths.

You know, I don't just get those out for anybody.



I just adore the colors of red, green and blue with a bit of sparkling white.  Don't you?  How can you be grumpy in the morning when you have such a cheery table?

Are you hungry?

We're having
Hash Brown Quiche
Fresh Berries with Chopped Crystalized Ginger, Brown Sugar and Cream
Cinnamon Rolls
Spring Green Salad with Gorgonzola, Sliced Almonds, and Pomegranate Dressing

To drink?
How about a mimosa or some sparkling cider?

Oh I know what you want - a delicious latte!
Coming right up!
Now snuggle on in....

    i have two jadite saucers and tea cups like yours and thought...man!!! I have to come over with mine to join in this ...Ahhh...wish I could! The setting is wonderful..you really have a great collection and of course your style is off the hook! I love it...Hugs, Mica

    This is by far my very most favorite tablesetting! What could be better than that beautiful tablecloth and lots of Fire King, topped with a yummy menu? Make sure and save me a spot right next to the hash brown quiche, ok?!

    LOL!!! If I cooed love songs to my perennials, they'd be dead in a matter of minutes! But thanks for passing your mom's advice along...it makes perfect sense!
    Now I'd love to crutch my way over to your beautiful brunch. It all looks so inviting, and I LOVE that Rise and Shine pillow.

    I adore lavender, I bought a real lavender plant which is on my deck. Being apartment dwellers we don't have a garden:( It's getting lots of sun and I heard I'm not supposed to water it too much so hopefully I don't kill it!

    Georgous table! I love the jadite and the tablecloth is To. Die. For. I do enjoy a good latte but what I'd really love this morning is just a good old cup o Joe, if it isn't too much trouble. And, yes I do take cream and sugar.
